What a joke. A town with almost no commercial growth is trying to pick and choose now after its to late. No wonder taxes are so high and you get so little. Planning and zoning is idiotic at it's very best. A monkey with a dart board could have done better. At least with the monkey you would have had a fair chance and the results could be explained.
