Kuperman has degrees in political science,international relations and international economics. He has worked as a professor for such degree programs or worked for politicians. Well of course he is qualified to determine and identify that all the reactors (both commercial and research)none of which he actually visited are not secure from terrorist attack! PLEASE!!!!

Also, for some reason te-horrorists keep attacking schools, hospitals, and law enforcement installations,not the so vulnerable nuclear power plants across the Globe. Go figure.
