The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests: COREY WATTS, 25, of 1131 Stratford Ave., Bridgeport, was charged March 17 with breach of peace.

Nothing all that surprising. It's a number of ethnic names and white trash from Naugatuck. I'm just surprised there isn't more.
