Weather Update: Heavy, wet snow expected Thursday

News 12 Connecticut Meteorologist Paul Piorek says snow is expected to develop Thursday after 4 a.m. Light snow will turn into heavier snow around 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. It will turn into a heavy, wet snow with gusty winds by midday.

All roads from City Hall to Test@#s bar have been pre treated and additional city plows are standing by to escort straglers in..reserved spaces cleared and ready...All city offices except those that serve illegals and welfare queens will be closed tomorrow...Plows have been given the gps of beer and liquor resupply trucks so no interuption is anticipated....Taxpayers.you'r e SOL..
