Very confusing. This one is this one's brother, this ones' this one's sister and they all have different last names. I need a program to keep the players straight.

Sounds like a heat-of-the-moment defense. Why didn't she put the transmission in "R" if she wanted to get away from him? It's kind of hard to believe that her broken leg was caused by the car rolling over it when the car is already planted in the wall.
People usually get a broken right leg or ankle when they slam on the brake in an accident. Their body's forward momentum causes it to break because there is no place for the leg to go with all that weight behind it so it goes sideways - breaking. That's normal. THIS girl had it on the accelerator. THAT'S a normal response for an 80 yr. old driver!!
I believe that she was angry and wanted to stop him from hurting her anymore so in a fit of not thinking clearly she made a bad decision.
I still would have put the car in reverse.
Good questions are: Is she crying because she got caught and now suffers the consequencesr? Is she crying because her boyfriend is dead? Or is she crying because she realizes she did something that was avoidable? Whatever the outcome, she made a bad choice that will affect her future and her child's future. It's sad whatever the outcome.

In the heat of the moment someons is dead and she will be in prison. It is a sad story all around.Maybe it will get some women to think twice before staying in an abusive relationship.

Samuel, Did you notice that the thread about Ms.Ayala went bye-bye. I guess this forum is controlled by the elected criminals on the Bridgeport Democratic Town Committee.
