BRIDGEPORT -- Not long after flag-waving revelers riding floats made their way into Seaside Park on Sunday, bullets flew about half a mile behind the annual Puerto Rican Day Parade of Fairfield County, leaving one man in a hospital bed and two more in handcuffs.
