Maybe its better than the hell that is the bronx, or maybe word has spread that it's easier to collect in connecticut?

I guess that's true. I do forget that CT is nice, but I'm ready to move myself. I want to go south in 2-3 years.

Is it easier to collect here?

I don't know, but I'm guessing yes. Of course, we are taking the thread and assuming it's poor people that are moving in. Which makes us racists, LOL.
I have heard many times that illegals are given EBT cards and housing in an instant in connecticut. I have seen countless hispanics buying food in Clinton thru the WICCA program.

LOL!! Not WICCA, WIC - Women, Infants and Children! Wicca is a neopagan tradition started by Gerald Gardner in the late 30s in New Forest, England. Most Wiccans are from that tradition. WIC is a federal program that provides impoverished women, infants and children up to age 6 with food staples, such as milk, bread, cheese, eggs, etc and baby formula.

Smaller, friendlier rats?

Slightly less-horrendous mayor that doesn't hate soda and doesn't want to take medication away from those who need it?

Coumo DOESN'T stutter?

Right, I meant WIC. You know, you stand in line for 20 minutes behind the scumbag who is trying to buy beer with a WIC card and the cashier is explaining to them that it won't work, but the illegal parasite doesn't understand....(oh and I'm paying for their free 10 year vacation in America)

I'm not really a traditional Wiccan; more of a hedge witch than anything else. I borrow from a couple of different traditions.

Oh yeah, been there, done that. Actually, I was also on WIC right after my girls were born, but then I went back to work full time, so no more WIC for us. Which is okay, I didn't try to buy beer with it anyway. The girls didn't like it!
