"This is a one-time affair. It just so happened it was in our cemetery," said Don Edwards, assistant superintendent.

He said police and a night guard watch the cemetery, and it doesn't stay dark at night. "With our lights, it's pretty safe," he said.

If the lights make it safe, think of how much safer it would be with cameras.

Still a mystery? No kidding, there has been plenty of killings in front of witnesses who never come forward, thus these killings are still unsolved and a mystery. Obviously, a murder in a secluded area, where the only potential witnesses are dead people, can only be described as a mystery.

What are you 2? Who ever killed him is in a lot of trouble?

He'll be forgotten in about a week unless you tattoo yourselves with "RIP JOSE" (how original). A lot of people know who did it but they won't come forward.

Go to the wake, make up tee shirts with his image on it, put out a bunch of candles , ballons, teddy bears and whatever non-sense you can come up with to memorialize some kid that never did anything with his life. What a corny bunch you all are! Your all a bunch of homo-wananabe-thugs.

Here's a thought, do something with your lives, go to school, get a real job and contribute to society.

Yet another young sole gone for what? This is so sickening. I mean I know alot of these people that are getting killed didn't have much going for themselves but damn. I mean cmon. When is it going to stop? This is sad.
I think there are a few who deserve what they get but I say let go and let GOD. He will make sure all who does wrong pays for their actions and I say let him do so.
There is a low life I know all to well who just thrives on trouble. His whole family. I mean from the momma to the kids ages from 4-15 just thrive on trouble and from what he has done to my family because of jealousy but I won't go out and kill as I know I can. I am just sitting back waiting on GOD because I know he has my back. Some people need to learn to just wait it out.

Does the family know who he was with that night? I heard he was a trouble maker and enjoyed putting fear in peoples hearts. Nothing is going to change in Bridgeport because people only know this life. They don't feel that they deserve better or maybe they just don't want better.

I knew him. I knew exactly what he wanted in life. I knew exactly the type of crowed he was with. Its also exactly why I decided that the best thing for myself was to leave him alone. I tried to guide him and give him advice but none of that mattered. I tried to get him to go back to school and get a decent job. but there is so much a person can do. I agree. In the life style that he chose, only one of two things can happen, death or prison. No one deserves to die. A mother shouldn't have to recieve the news that her son is dead. A child doesn't deserve to know that her father will not be coming back. Don't mock those who are missing him. They are not at fault. In this crazy world we live in, even if the person grew up in a well-rounded and loving home, they can turn out to be the black sheep. I was a friend and I did my best to open his eyes. I couldn't force him. Neither could his family. My prayers do go out to his family and I hope that people wake up before they end up in the same path. I told someone who means the world to me to keep safe and that I love him even if he is in a better road then Jose. You never know where life is going to take you. Things do happen. And what happen to Jose... its not a game. This is just like suicide. You are putting yourself in harms way knowing the outcome is going to be horrible, even when there are plenty of people that are begging you to stop. . .

There';s only about 30 or 40 thousand more that need to be killed before this sh!hole of city starts to turn around. Anyway to speed that up?

Oh, and for those of you who will come back and say Bridgeport isn't that bad blah blah blah.....

Well it is. It's a cess pool. And the fact that you can't or don't recognize that means that your opinion on the matter is meaningless--it's meaningless to me and every other person on this message board who, unlike you, is in tune with reality.

What are you a Nazi, you are saying 30,000 or 40,000 people need to be killed, now you are starting to sound like Hitler. Man you need some serious help. On the real the FBI should probably put you on the terrorist list, you may try to come into a city and try to blow things up.

Would you settle for just having them straighten themselves out? Maybe sterilization combined with punishment for popping out babies at 15 yrs old and then not parenting them?
I sympathize with your frustration.... but don't lose your sense and go overboard.
