BRIDGEPORT -- A city man, who was shot outside a club Saturday, has died from his wounds Tuesday.

Police Spokesman Keith Bryant said Terik Williams, 23, died shortly after being taken off life support at Bridgeport Hospital.

Williams was shot multiple times outside Club Lo at Bostwick Avenue and Pine Street. Bryant said detectives are following some leads in the case and hope to make an arrest soon.

Williams, a reputed member of the Stack Boyz gang, was given a suspended sentence Feb. 14 in Superior Court here after he pleaded guilty to interfering with police and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Now we're gonna heat this conversation up...
I do feel sorry for his family because they are the ones that suffer, but F him, some people deserve to die.... You choose the gang life, be prepared for this to happen... Only a few make it to the top while the rest are just casualties...

Bridgeport cops are lazy. Bridgeport did'nt had 5th Homicide till Mid April last year and after that 15-16 Homicides in 7 months. Imagine 2012 I putting my money It will around 10-14 by summer and 35-43 By end of 2012.

You still have to multiply that number by 3/5. Constitution says People of Color are not 100 percent human.

Someone killed this young man, Bpt cops are lazy? How does that work? He chose to live his life the way he did...not me, the cops or society. Live by the sword die by the sword... Very very sad. Condolences to his family.

I knew this young man as a student. I was his teacher, and I will always remember him that way. A happy, funny and smart boy, he was the apple of his grandmother's eye. Unfortunately he could not break the cycle and it ultimately claimed his life. Let's pray that his children will have the love and support and inner strength to break the cycle and live their lives to the fullest. God Bless and RIP Terik.
