The Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, is our Savior. Through the shedding of his blood, we are cleansed from our sins and have the opportunity to live with God through eternity.

I know that some will get on here and blast this answer. And, if you started this thread to make that happen -- shame on you! God's love is for all the people of the world and by following his plan -- we can be redeemed.

Hebrews2:9 But we see Joshua, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour, that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

I feel so sorry for you people. It is such a shame that you waste your short lives chasing after that garbage. You can quote scriptures all you want but in the end it is all just legends. Nearly everything mentioned in the bible has been scientificaly proven WRONG. Heck, you don't even need science to prove the stories impossible. Common sense should do it for most people. Get yourselves a science book from an elementary school and read up on the subject. You'll be amazed how the truth will set you free.

Don't add up? Please list for me the things that don't add up about Darwin's theory and then list the things that don't add up in the bible. I'll tell you what doesn't add up... People living for hundreds of years, Millions of animals fitting on one boat, Dead people rising again, talking serpents, talking bushes, pregnant virgins, etc. I could go on with this bullshit but what would be the point? PLEASE tell me how this shit adds up.

The bible is not perfect,it was written over many of years. You have to devide the word and know what is from God and what lies have been added in.Theres more to God then a book. You need The holy spirit to teach you all things.Look how complex every thing is,the grass, trees, ants, bacteria have their own world all around us,on us,in us but you can't see their world without microscope.God can speak to your mind and Satan can speak to you mind.It is all up to you.Choose whom you will serve. If God be God,then serve him.But if Satan be your God,then serve him.God hates lukewarm or in between.

Comeon dudeisright,do you have a tail that you keep tucked in your pants, like was on some Adam Sandler movie.I have not read evolution sence I was a kid.I never belived it then. But my mom read it and stoped going to church. The government wants you to believe it,that's why it is in public schools. If you think the government is good, you better rethink that one.

Seriously, it's not very "Christian" of you all to go about hating those who don't believe like you do. I'm an Athest, but I do not go about bashing Christians. There seems to be more hate in religion for those who are "not us" than anywhere else in society.

If you don't believe in the theory of evolution, that's your prerogative. If you don't believe in the big bang theory, that's ok, too. And if you don't believe in the theory of gravity, I'm not going to talk bad about you. These three examples all have the same rules for testing their validity. The same scientific principles that make your internet connection possible were used to validate each of them. You can deny the first, second, and third laws of thermodynamics if you want, and I won't hate you. I might smile and secretly think you are a few cards short of a deck, but I won't insult you publicly or call you crazy.

What really confuses me about Christianity, however, since we're on the Lamb of God topic, is why you require blood sacrifice in the old testament and then divine blood sacrifice (i.e., deicide) in the new testament. Is your god obsessed with blood? The gods of the Mayan civilization required blood, too. Are they the same god with another name? What's up with gods and their bloodlust, really? If Jehova is omnipotent, could he not be a bit less bloodthirsty and come up with a better way to wash away sins than killing his son?

The animal sacrifices in old testament times were the clean animals, they grilled them by fire so all the fat fell to the ground, because God prohibeted the eating of fat or the unclean meats. It was to protect your health. After the fall of the tower of babel. The pagans started sacrificing the unclean animals, that God said was an abomination to eat.And also children with they threw into guhinna fire(hell)Jerusalems garbage dump. They did this worshiping the sun god.God had also told them to not eat blood.Which the Pagans started doing.Satan always copys God.And sometimes starts his counterfeit before God.

1Cor.5:7-8 Purge out the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump.As ye are unlevened, for even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us.Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of Sincerity and Truth.

When I finished reading the above post, the word "Amen" is what first came to mind. But after deciding the word "amen" would be a somewhat innapropriate comment considering the content of the above post, I believe I will go with the phrase "Right On."

You guys need to read up on how the bible came to be, there are a lot of books intentionally left out when Constantine was putting it together. He wanted it to fit his needs to control people. He wasn't even a Christian, his mother was. A lot of the examples of Jesus, birth and resurrection was taken from old pagan literature many years before.

Most of the stories in the Bible was heresay, several generations later. Nobody knew if anything was true or not. There is no documentation of Jesus actually excisting or any of the miracles that he supposedly done.

Most of the miracles that happened most likely was from not being able to explain science...the rainbow for example, we now know it's the condensation in the air and the refections off of it. But in that time...God pushed out the rainbow as a message to "his" people.

Well,Comeon, dudeisright, haha,a nd now your new name Guest. You did it,you complety tarshed this subject.I am not a Christian.Constantine started his Pagan Christianity approx.321 A.D.He had his Army steal Scrolls From Gods Churchs,And Cannionize a new testament.Lots of error was done by Catholic scribes.Once Constantine set up his Pagan Christianity and got his own town and a statue of himself as God.He turned all of his Roman Christianity over to the pope. But threw it all God still had his people out here. The holy spirit can led you in the truth,if you ever want God in your wonderful life.
