No it is not you. She is VERY hateful and rude. I just asked her one day where the carmex was and she looked at me and said the pharmacy was not open yet. Well duh,I knew the pharmacy was not open but saw her standing there and thought she was familiar enough with her department to give me an answer.

It's the Trumann Walmart employees they hire now. You have a few that are hard and good at their jobs but most dont care any about the customers in that store. Now granted they have to deal with cranky old hags and people the customers that can not add their bill before they get up to their register with about half their buggy full and then have to turn around and put it back cause they don't know simple math. However when it was on the Highway in the older building I think it was a much nicer and a much well ran store than what we have now.

I agree she's always hateful. She always acts like she hates to be there. Not ever been friendly.
A smile ever once in a while would be nice.
But I don't think she knows how.

if you can't deal with the public and do your job. Then you need to choose another profession.
You must have not ever had to deal with the woman.

I few years back I went there to get a refill on some pain meds and she act like I was a drug addict. She questioned me like she was a doctor, and all she was suppose to have done is fell the meds and keep her mouth shut. She acted like I wasn't trying to get them filled early or something. I do know some people may abuse drugs but not everyone. I was so mad and upset that the next day I called another worker in the pharmacy and got the number to the main office over the pharmacy and reported her. Not only for me but I was seen how she was treating the older people in line. The corp. office said they was going to find out what was going on, I guess they need to make another trip to Trumann. I've not used the Trumann W-Mart pharmacy since then.

I know what your saying. She makes you feel like your getting drugs that you aren't suppose to be getting. Darn it that's why we have a perscription. The Dr. Ordered it.She 's just plain and simple rude to people.

Just to let you know I don't have a guilty conscience at all. As a matter of fact I don't even take the amount of meds proscribed to be a day, because I don't want to have a problem with depending on them, so I just deal with the pain instead. The fact of the matter is that lots of people working with the public doesn't need to be and she is one of them.

If you don't like her service, go to another store....simple as that. We live in a land of choices...use it

Maybe but isn't she employeed by the Walmart store and is therefore suppose to be putting the customers first and not try to run off potential customers that may be looking to buy other things in the store. Just like if a person is running a bar and you have one waitress doing a bad job she could cost the company a lot of money in the long run.

Are you saying that we need to go elsewhere just because someone doesn't know how to treat people? That's wrong! But if you would go back an re-read my post you will see that I never went back to the WM pharmacy because of her. I'm sure many customers have left because of her. I don't think it's fair to WM because the corp. office must not realize the problem, and it's not fair to the customers for having to put up with "one woman causing that big of a problem for most everyone." Think about it, if it were your business would you want an employee running off your business?
