New Law Outlaws Using Noose To Intimidate

Gov. David Paterson said he's signed legislation that will make it a felony to display a noose as a threat.

Not one person has gone to jail (3 1/2 years mandatory) for possessing a loaded handgun.

If someone robs or hurts someone of another race, they should be tried for a hate crime as well. That could put the mutts in jail for a good long while. We should advise our friends in Ozone Park or Bay Ridge that the next time they want to beat a Negro senseless, they should take his wallet. That way it will be just a 'normal' violent crime instead of a hate crime. The NOOSE hurts feelings, VIOLENT CRIME hurts people. Gov if you could read this, give it a break and send some animals to jail already.

Talk about unconstitutional. Some big bucks to be made here in sueing the State after taking an arrest to the U.S. Supreme Court. Last I recall the Bill of Rights guarantees freedom of speech.
