Soon Sen. Joe Bruno will leave the office he's held for 32 years. But he made the most of his last full day on the job by announcing millions of dollars to re-develop Troy's Riverfront Park.

Good ole Troy. Happy Harry is determined to get a new city hall. They should think about doing something with the garbage dump they call downtown now. Proctors has been sitting there falling apart for years. The old kentucky fried chicken same way.Harry is too worried about luxury apts and hotels and parking garages. You cant even get a fast food restaurant to stay in the city for fear of being robbed.Bruno said the people can dock their boats and do whatever they want to do in Troy. The dope dealers are already doing that and they dont have to dock a boat. Maybe Harry should take a ride from one end to the other of Troy and see what a mess he is Mayor of

How come I don't believe you? I know Troy very well. On Division St there are only a handful of properties, most are owned by Russel Sage. I drive by Fourth Street and there are a lot of falling down properties with absent landlords. Especially around the area of Harris and Tyler. Are you one of those people?

As far as my property on Division it is the corner of First and Division, what reason would I have to lie.
Troy needs some help, every city does, that is why I think it is great that Joe Bruno recognizes that and I simply made a statement to that effect, if you do not like the City of Troy then by all means stay away from it, you challenged me and I simply answered you.

I can assure you I was born and raised in Troy, right off of Hoosick Street. I love the mayor and the police department. I will never leave and always invest my money in it,I have pride in my hometown do you have a problem with that?

The house next to the police station is a newer looking raised ranch style home. If you own it then your parents bought it for you (Loser) and you really don't own it.

There are 2 Ray's on here don't get confused I have lived in Troy for 20 years I own a house in the burg but I dont brag about living in Troy. You dont rent to these people from the kindness of your heart You do it because Troy is full of people living off the working people and you know you will get your rent money. If you had to depend on these people to pay you,you would be on welfare also
