Troy lawmakers take action on grant money

One of the Troy groups set to get thousands of dollars is CEO, on Fifth Avenue. The money was in doubt, until both political parties worked together.

Troy should remember all the people involved in this and vote them out come election time.Troy use to be a great city.

What a mess this story is... poorly written, with fragments and no continuity. What does CEO do? What is the point here? That there was an angry exchange? That the two sides worked together?

Code Enforcement are you kidding? I read an article in wednsday times union on a few investors in Troy rehabbing vacant buildings for minimal profit and can't even get code to issue them permits(lazy?)These vacant buildings and lowering property taxes is were the focus should be. These people rehabbing these properties are being punished with higher tax assesments, they should be given a break. It's making for a better community.
