That guy is a waste of space. He collects disability for being an alcaholic in which he spends for alcohol. The system supports his disability. And he tries to intimidate people waiting at the 3rd and Congress bus stop for spare change so he can walk across street to buy from the liquor store. I've also seen him walk up to cars waiting at red light and ask for money. He kicked one person's car door in cause they told him to get a job. What a fucking piece of garbage.
