I was super excited about this place, especially considering that Arizona pizza was terrible. My wife and I went over the weekend and sat down. The food was really good, but the service was HORRIBLE. The waitress was unfriendly and inattentive, our wings came out mild instead of medium, my burger came out without the tomato or lettuce (then had to wait 5 minutes before she brought them to me after pointing it out), we had to wait 15 minutes for our check, then after getting it we could not get her to come take it so we could pay (we were using a card). I understand the concept that when you first open you have to get the kinks out, but it is not excuse for terrible service. Terrible service is what sunk Arizona Pizza.
Fast forward to tonight, we wanted to give it another try and avoid the bad service so we got take-out. We ordered the "wood-fired" pizza and wings. We open the box and the cheese was half off the pizza and the bottom so soggy and thin that the pizza looked like a soup in the middle and to top it off it didn't look like wood-fired, it was most clearly NY style (but our bill clearly said wood-fired). We called to express our displeasure and were told by a "manager" that the wood-fired is just like NY style so that is why we thought that...WHY would you have to identical style pizzas???? How did they remedy the situation after insulting our intelligence by telling us that?? We could drive all the way back and give them a new one, which we declined, so they offered us 10% off our next visit...unfortunately there will be no next visit.

that is unfortunate for you that your pizza did not come out the right way, but it was thoughtful for the 10% off your next visit. You also have to take into consideration that the place has only been up for a month and the servers are still getting the hang of everything going on. I personally had 3 great visits the 3 times that I had been there. I love their pizza and there is a difference between wood fired and new york style. Take it from the best Mama used to own a restaurant for quite a long time, which its main course was pizza, she knows! The times that I had been there the servers were excellent and the bar tenders were very friendly. Our food took a little long but the owners walking around sparking conversation helped keep our minds off the time and it was very friendly of them too. All around the place was a suitable family friendly place, and the live music on fridays and saturdays are enteraining as well!

I'm sad to here about the bad service you claimed to have at the BRICKHOUSE PIZZA AND GRILLE. My wife and I have been there two times, one time sitting at the bar and the other time at one of the tables. Both times drinks were great, I had the Diesel burger and my wife had a Margarita Pizza woodbaked or woodfired not sure extacly how they call it. We had a great time, BOTH times. We went on a friday night both times, bartenders I believe are sisters were both very attentive,( I think you have to be blonde to work there ) it seemed all the females were blonde haha they made sure are drinks were topped off, food came out a little long but its a friday night, we excepted to wait for food. because we waited a little while for the food the bartender gave us some bar snacks while we wait, which were there homemade chips...GREAT! Needless to say great time which brought us back the following friday night where we sat at one of the tables because we had our little son with us. We had a waitress (who wasnt very blonde..people this comment is a joke lol)and she was very attentive espically with our son. THey have TV's at the tables with makes mommy and daddy's dinner alot more quiet. We had the irish nachos for an appitzer and my son had the kid sliders which were just enough for a kids meal and for dinner we got the Stuffed shells and a buffalo calzone, very very good. Our waitress was friendly and personable she engaged in a converstation with us, we actually discovered our waitress works at the same hospital my sister does, small world. All in all the people were great, food was great, you can tell its a family owned everyone adds something to the business in there own personal way. We have defiently made that spot our "date night" spot due to the consistnecy of service and food. Thank you for leaving Arizona Pizza.

Wings arrived NOT xcrispy as specifically ordered, didnt eat them, NO compensation at all, i have had better frozen pizza at home! Nothin at all special about this "brick oven pizza" thats for sure, my favorite "Village Pizza" Galway NY & "Louis Baba" Hudson NY (we eat out daily due to our profession, i have found the best of everything within 2 hrs of Albany!!) Had to go to another restraunt rite after we spent $30 here. Ohh did i mention the OWNER served us?? Thats all you need to know rite? Ohh.. She did throw 2 YES TWO extra wings into fryer to see if she could get crispier & brought out to my husband cause thats exactly what he ate 2 off original plate! TERRIBLE experience & a complete WASTE of money!

The service is the worst I've ever had, anywhere. And it's always bad- I've given the place serval undeserved chances and each time it only gets worse. The pizza is okay, the rest of the food in my opinion is below average. I hope the owners check the cameras- I've never seen so much alcohol given away for free- the staff is robbing you blind.

I came here last night with my family and was very dissapointed by how terrible the food was. My husband ordered his burger medium and is was very well done. I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have swiss cheese on it and they put american on it instead. The service was great but I would not ever come here again. You could tell that they don't put any thought into preparing the food. They just slapped it all together and sent it out.
