Troy neighbors rally against violence
James Blackwell sheds a tear in the arms of his mother Dawn Blackwell March 23, 2012, at the site of a drive-shooting that took the life of Phillip McMillan in Troy, N.Y. The Blackwell's were part of a large rally in support of a movement to stop further violence on the street of Troy.

These fools are the reason for all the violence...
