Some witnesses recount the deceased falling and hitting his head before the incident. A concussion could explain the behavior of the man.
Maybe you should wait until the facts of the investigation come out before you throw your opinion out there as if it were a fact.

I'll tell you what "could account" for the man's behavior: being f*cked up and loaded with 'roids.

Here's a fact: people don't turn into rabid animals after bumping their head on the floor.

You are correct willie, a roid rage would fit the bill on this too.

Oh and your fact, that is an opinion. Here is a fact: the man did not have rabies.

How do you know that he didn't have rabies? Are you a doctor? Did you perform the autopsy?

You don't know that he was rabies-free.

Ok maybe he was not on anything i dont have the facts. But the Police Officers that responded to the scene were totally justified in the amount of force and the taser use.

I hope you are in a situation that requires a police officer to risk his/her life for you. You are a piece of #$%^ that I would walk past but a police officer has to protect. Think about that D87T B6G

Dumbass, if you think a cop is going to protect you when someone tries to rob you or kick your door in, you are living in a fantasy world. "To Protect and Serve" is nothing but bullsh!t. The only person protecting me is me.

Tasers should be taken away from all these tough guy crooked cops. These repeated stories of excessive police brutality ending in taser use have made us mistrustful and terribly suspicious of the ones that are supposed to protect and serve. Police departments are turning into hostile gangs which threaten and oppose the will of the public.
