Albany down office vacancy rate gets worse
The office vacancy rate in downtown Albany, New York, rose to a new high in the second quarter, hitting 21.3 percent for all classes of property, according to a report.

I did some work in the past 2 years for 2 major companies. They were giving back space to landlord. Their employees are working from home.
