My daughter paid a total of $230 for a round trip home. She was at the bus station over an hour early and was bumped at the last minute along with about 12 others.

REFUNDS WERE REFUSED!! CREDITS FOR ANOTHER TRIP WERE DENIED!!

They were told that all they could do is stay in the station until another bus opened up MAYBE!

Even if a later bus did open up the last connection of the night would be missed on the connecting bus with a different company.

She was given no compensation whatsoever!

To makes this even worse, this is the second time that it happened!!!
