Let me tell you a thing or two about this crap-hole. Who the hell re-designed this piece of crap? Some of the grocery aisles you cannot even 2 carts through it at one time. Then every damn aisle in the store has pallets of crap in the middle of it. Then to top this off, they leave the hardware side of the store to have more room to maneuver than the grocery store... Which side do you think is used more. Again... Ass-clowns... I wrote an email to the manager and did they respond? Of course not. Save your money and either go to Kroger or put your money in another Wal-Mart like Wentzville.

this wal-mart is a test store. they try all the new ideas here and see what does and does not work. Then they use them at another store. Thats why its always a dam mess. Thats doesnt explain the customers.

Have you seen the difference between the Wal-Mart in Troy and the one in Lake Saint Louis before? I don't mind the brand of Wal-Mart, I just despise the one located in Troy. Since I work in O'Fallon, maybe shopping at a different location suites me better.

For the people who don't like walmart, don't shop there. Go somewhere else. Problem solved. :)

You misunderstand me, it's not that I don't like Walmart as a whole. I just am not a fan of that particular Walmart.

You just don't understand,, Wal-Mart is not good for anyone,,they do not pay a living wage,,want all new hires to be part-time without benifits,,and the ones who do depend on this job for income are on welfare and food stamps the rest of us pay for,,try to pick up anything not made in China,,corporate welfare the Walton's and company CEO's enjoy,, so you see Thing the problem is far from over and sets a precedent for all other company's to aim for. You may be brainwashed into thinking you are normal and anyone who has a different opinon strange but you would be wrong......Herman Meunster @ Lilly

.....when prices go up to pay for full time benefits and wages. Retail is a competitive commodity business. If you increase costs, you increase price to cover that cost. Remember, the purpose of business is to generate profit, not welfare.

Check your 401k or your mutual fund that you retire on...bet you are a Wal-mart stockholder and didn't know it.

No you dont understand, not everyone can have a great paying job. Some people have to work at walmart. Its hard to find jobs. And if you want say that "they do not pay a living wage" so i guess neither does mccdonalds, target, kmart, toco bell, dollar stores, the list goes on. For people who are poor that is their income, thats all they have. They work their whole life on minimem wage and make it with what they have. Those are the strong people. As far as benifets thats the same as all the companies i just listed. And food stamps and welfare not EVERYONE has money. Thats life get over it. Im not brainwashed, we just have differant opinons on walmart. Sorry you are to good for walmart and the less fortunate.

Your a monster and so is Wal-mart,, they do nothing for the economy or the communities they are in,,the government and big business has taken all our money and will never give it back,,you are doomed well with your superior wal-mart attitude who is probably a 20 something with a management position who thinks they have the world at thier feet,,guess what,, wal-wart will make you a burnout has been,, by the time your 35 or 40. Making you stretch your time money and energy to the breaking point,,lying to your coworkers ,,employees,, making them bend over backwards for thier worthless jobs just to keep them,, along with constant fear. No time off for holidays,, weekends,,birthday parties ect. 0pen availablity to the point where you can't work a second job. I bet your a single woman or mother wih no other income. You have already stated in prior satements the people who work there have no ambition and get the pay they deserve. I guess you'll be voting for Romeny who will make people do with even less. You have a simple mind and not a forward thinker. Good Luck to the bottom.......Grandpa

Read the sales tax figures for Lake St. Louis from 2006-2011 and get back to us. 43% INCREASE in sales tax revenue, much of it coming from Hawk Ridge Shopping Ctr.

Troy on the other hand, 22% DROP in sales tax revenue for the same time period.

Bowling Green's new Wal-Mart JUMPED their sales tax revenue for that same time period by 30%.

Face facts, communities without sales tax revenue are DOOMED to die!
Same answer always

Why is it always someone else's fault, and you blame others for choices and decisions that you make? It is always someone else or something else "forcing" you to your current predicament. When are you going to take responsibility for the decisions and consequences that you make?
You made choices all by yourself....live with them.
