Sometimes there are ads in the Lincoln County Journal with the phone numbers of farmers selling hay. I have heard that it is really high priced since it has been so dry there will probably only be one cutting this year.

WTF are you trying to say? Can't make any sense out of what you tried to write. How many acres of hay have you cut in your lifetime? And FYI..... we cut hay earlier this year and just cut our SECOND cutting so your DROUT (it's spelled drought, jackass) theory doesn't hold water!
huh duh

I believe you just admitted that you cut hay in August which if I read correctly is what the person above was trying to say. So now who would be the jackass?

Yes, we cut hay FOR THE SECOND TIME in August. The person above is saying that August is when hay will be cut FOR THE FIRST TIME! Read before posting, JACKASS!

Nobody said hay will be cut for the FIRST TIME in August. Try again Linco Tard.

To: Dog N Suds,

The above post would imply that hay is only cut once at the end of August.

It doesn't imply that. It said you can't get hay until the end of August. There could be a variety of reasons why. YOU read more into it than what was given.

No, it did not say you can't get hay unti the end of August. It said 'hay isn't cut until the end of August' implying that hay is only cut at the end of August. Which is untrue. I already have a barn full of this years hay!
