Does anyone else have a moral objection to people getting free things from people just to sell them? Other people who have nothing could really have used those items. But you are too moneyhungry. Shame on you.

This is Lincoln County, what do you expect? These moochers look for free opportunities to take advantage of a person’s generosity and sell what they got for crack, meth, and pain pills. Good grief, please read the news before offering an act of charitable kindness in LC. These LC hillbillies respect nothing and mooch all they can. If you wish to make a charitable gift/donation, go to STL County or St Charles County. Never offer anything to these LC mooching trash dopers.

one mans junk is another mans treasure. if you GIVE something away you do not have the right to an opionion about what happens to it. if you want to DONATE it then you do. if you DONATE it to some charities it will be resold and the money is used for food doantions or other necessities. be more specific with your question. it is too vague.

Look, there are many people/families that have suffered during the Obama depression. Unfortunately, none have suffered in Lincoln County. These LC doping mooching lazy ass beggars have been living their mooching life style for one generation after another. I have tried to help people find jobs only to discover they show for the interview drunk, high, uninterested, and otherwise scamming. They do not want a job, only free handouts and drugs of their choice. I gave up and now I let them rot in their own useless misery. Close all food pantries and cut off NECAC and this county will clean up in a hurry. Until then, just expect more mooching, crime, and drug use. Such is the nature of LC.

I posted that I had some nice furniture to give to a family in need. Found it for sale on a different website. Even told the person that I could sell the stuff myself if that was the intention. They assured me that it was for them and they were so grateful.

The local "leaders" in Lincoln Co. view events from an odd perspective. When one of the Troy food pantries opened their new building, the LCJ made this front page news! Photos of dignataries, etc.
These people should focus on bringing in businesses that create jobs so the food pantries aren't necessary. Just shows stupidity.

Could it be that they recieved something when what they really needed was cash? You know the electric company expects to be paid with money and not donated items.

So your suggestion is the hell with the suffering?

The suggestion is the local leaders should get focused on bringing businesses and jobs to the area so people can earn enough personal income through a job so food pantries become obsolete and aren't needed. This would go a long way to end the "suffering" of the poor and destitute. It's a simple concept.

Bringing in businesses is not the answer either. White Castle is a business. Can someone support a family working at WC? Manufacturing jobs is the answer to turning our county and country around. Until then, there will be a need for many food pantries.

Decent paying manufacturing jobs would really help the area. We've shipped most of those to China and Malaysia. Let's get Ed Schieffer on it!

Ed left the job terms ago. The closest thing to a brainstorm he's had is a light drizzle. Bringing manufacturing would involve a renaissance of new ideas and creative financing involving tax incentives.

He has had 3 terms to do this and has not delivered. Strike 3, he's out.

Ahh, actually, given these mooching LC trash, I would either they try to actually find a job or just simply die of starvation. I have no remorse for moochers.
