I'll ask you one simple question. What exactly and factually did he do that would cause you to say that? Specifically please.

I agree! Have some logical or fact-based argument that the school district is better off without him. Can you do that?

Go find someone to do what he has done for less money, and with as good a heart.

Terry loves Troy RIII. His shoes will be hard to fill. I'd be willing to bet that "WOW" has never been involved with the school board or district so has NOTHING to base that comment on. We need less of you and more that care enough to be involved.

Personally, I feel Dr. Morrow has efficiently served his time as Superintendent. He initially stated he would serve for 5 years and this is his 6th year. He has done the best he can given what he has to work with and in my opinion has done a very good job despite the hatred. He is a good man and has every right to retireand enjoy his time with his family. He will be missed and certainly has been a man who has made an effort to get to know as many people and do the right thing for his school district.

I think that he has done a great job! But lets face facts,we have approx. 11,000 people in the community and we pay our super more than the govenor makes, with benefits that is added to his salary. And it is not that I don't think he is worth it, but it is not realistic. We are a community with a lot of renters and mobile home communities. If the employees of Lincoln County school wants to make the same salary as they do in St. Charles with a tax base that stems from 65,000 people than they need to work there. The real estate people in this county can't not afford to keep paying for the school. The school board needs to come up with some way of taxing everyone that lives here. I feel there has to be someway of taxing people who rent or lives in a mobile home. And again I am not trying to talk bad about anyone, I just want it fair. I have had a lot of my friends lose jobs, take pay cuts, and have had pay freezes too. People do care about our children and this school, but just could not afford more taxes.

The School Board cannot find another way to tax because it is state law. You want the law changed, talk to your local state representative Ed. But that is a different subject and I won't go into that here.

What did the previous superintendent make?? Anybody want to answer that one? At that time was the previous superintendent making more than the governor? Please someone answer.

That would be Dr. Lawrence. Yes, he was paid more than the sitting governor atthe time AND had a district provided automobile as well. Where's the whiners now?

Because he knows better and did not want one. And to all you whiners that spread those vicious lies about paid for cars, fictitious bonuses, and mystery slush funds, kiss my behind because you will never get your job back at the school district now. If the levy passed, you had an outside chance. Everybody that counts knows who you are, knows what you said and you have literally "dumped in your messkit". Being a veteran, you ought to understand this one.

Dr. Marrow has done a good job for the school and for the citizens of the school district. He cares about the education our children receive. I wish him well in his retirement.

Is he a doctor? If he is, he hasn't been for most of his tenor. Shouldn't he be if most of the principals and other central office staff are?
