I just felt the need to post this information. Some may find it gross, and some may find it funny. I guess it's a little of both. I went to 5 Star nails (I think it's called that now, it used to be A1 Nails) by Subway and the movie theater. I had went one time before this. Well anyway, I received a pedicure by a vietnamese man named Kyle. The next day, I received a call from a private number. I answered it, and the man asked for me by first and last name. And then proceeded to ask me what I was doing, where was the girl I can came to get my nails done with, etc. I asked who it was and he said it was Kyle from the salon. And then he said, "Can I tell you something? I'm coming." Now he said this twice. I can let you figure out what he meant by that. So of course there is a feeling of being violated. I'm not real sure how he got my last name, I know I didnt write it anywhere and I've paid cash both times. Anyway, yes haha funny, but still fucking disgusting that this little prick thinks he can get away with this. I'm wondering if I should contact the police and let them know, or go in there and take care of it myself. I also wanted to post it on here, because who knows if he has or will do this to someone else. Most importantly, I wanted to warn women to stay away from this place. What a weird creep!

Yes contact the Police, what if he does this to younger girls or minors, sickos have no limits. If this is true it would be irresponsible for you to not report it,even if you dont go back there again you have the opportunity to prevent someone else from being "violated".

I'm just not sure what they could do besides make a report. And I dont really know if that would help anyone.

It is harassment at the least, can also be classified as a sex crime. If "Kyle" does this to a young female yet carries it further you could live with the guilt of knowing you could have prevented it.Yes they will make a report and the PA will decide to charge them or not, if you call Troy PD they can charge him with a Municipal violation which is still a crime yet he will be issued a summons to appear in court, there are things that can be done you just have to know a little about the law and not take a Sheriffs word that is is "all they can do".

Here's what I would do:
Save the phone number the person called from. Note the time they called. File a report with local police. After the report has been filed, request a copy. Call the nail place and ask to speak to the manager, give them the police report number and report the incident (over the phone might work, but it may be best to request a private meeting, set it up so that one of the officers can attend the meeting, or perhaps suggest meeting at the police station). If you are 100% sure you have the right person and/or can prove it, personally I would strongly suggest to management to terminate the employee.

Also, once you can verify the persons identity with 100% certainty, file a restraining order if this incident qualifies.

Good idea. He needs a foot up his ass. Although he may turn around and say "I'm coming!"

The number was blocked so I couldn't save it if I wanted to. I'm really considering going in there and going off. And no, I am not attracted to anyone asian, so I wouldn't think he's hot. Also, no matter how hot someone is, if the get off to asking me what I'm up to and me responding "eating breakfast with my husband", he's not for me.

Also, I think the place is called 7 stars.

.

Yeah, that's definitely what I thought when a vietnamese man called and jacked off to me awkwardly wondering what he was doing calling me and how he got my information in the first place. You need to shut up. I obviously don't think that me or my feet being hot has anything to do with a creep. I'm 65 years old. I imagine you probably get off to this type of thing as well. All I am doing is warning customers/future customers that this guy could be contacting them soon.

Never go there so I don't have to worry about it. If you are that concerned go to the police. Topix doesn't reach that many people to make a difference anyway.

Something about this doesn't sound right. How in the world would he have gotten your phone # if you pay with cash? I don't buy this whole story.

Yes it sounds totally bogus. Maybe another nail salon trying to tear them down. Any normal person if this happened to them would have put down the phone and called the police. Not come on Topix to discuss it. And not likely he would call a 65 with beautiful feet??? WTF?? Maybe she was dreaming..

Just because she is 65 doesn't mean she isn't attrative! AND Asian's hold the older generation in high regards. I really think if another nail salon wanted to slam them, it wouldn't be something like this, it would be rumors of a fungus or something along those lines. Perv's are everywhere, and different people get "excited" by different things. Just being female leaves you open to things like this. The first time something like this happened to me was around 13 years old, and I had NO idea what the person meant. Now, I do! lol! It is pretty creepy, and I totally believe it happened. He could have found out her number a couple different ways if he really wanted it. And really, what are the police going to do? Blocked number, she can't prove it was him. They may talk to him and the owners, but that's about it.
