You are right. These people drive me nuts, literally. They drive too slow. I mean, RIGHT turn, why they spend 5 min to execute a right turn? All these old Ukrainians, especially slow drivers, most likely war criminals and must be deported.
On a serious note, you are right, somebody should check-out the past of these people, a lot of them really participated in genocide in Ukraine and MUST be prosecuted.
