Was looking for a luxury car and it looked like their prices were good... Dealership refused to send CARFAX report and salesman barely spoke English. He kept saying "HEH" every few seconds. Look if it takes multiple attempts to call and finally get in contact of someone and they don't respond to emails...something may be afoot. Check out their complaints on VA's BBB. The owner is Asad Najafe and AMG has been taken into court multiple times. I would recommend also checking with the VA DMV for additional complaints. Remember: Where there is smoke, there is fire.

I purchased a car from them. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED. NEVER SENT BOOKLETS AS PROMISED. MANY MANY MANY PROBLEMS. BE CAREFUL. ALWAYS NEEDED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE> NEVER GOT ISSUES RESOLVED.

Bought two cars from this dealership. The first car I purchased from them was for my son. He was very happy with the car. So, unfortunatley I went back and purchased a second car from them for myself. In a nutshell the salesperson forged my name on a financing contract and I have had to sue them to resolve the issue. The case has not come up for trial yet, but I have already hired a forensic handwriting whose expert opinion is that the signature on the financing contract is not mine. Actually, the forgery is SO bad that it's apparent to the untrained eye! So buyer beware. This dealership commits fraud!!

My husband and I were looking for a new car something reliable and sturdy. Drove by their dealership stopped to look at the cars on their lot found a Toyota Avalon with 25K miles body looked great interior was immaculate. Questioned the sales representative Mr. Javier A.(No last name was given) said the car was barely driven had a clean title. My husband decided to purchase the vehicle for 16K cash.
After leaving the dealership I became a little weary that we purchased this vehicle so quickly. I decided to take the vehicle to Toyota to get a full diagnostic ran to ease my conscious. Toyota informed me that this vehicle had been TOTALED… They stated that the car had been purchased from an auction in PA with a salvaged title because the frame had been bent and therefore deemed unsafe to drive.
I promptly contacted the dealership and informed them of my findings and requested to return the vehicle and receive a full refund. Javier informed me that the OWNER who he refused to disclose the name of was made aware of the situation and was not willing to refund my money. I decided to go back down to the dealership personally and request a refund and was forced off the lot and told not to return.
This organization is CROOKS and will RIP you OFF. I contacted numerous attorneys and have been instructed to take my vehicle to DMV and have the state inspector examine the vehicle. According to my findings I must file a complaint with the DMV to help me retrieve my money possibly even go to court which I am fully prepared to do. I have also contact the National Automobile Dealers Association in Mclean VA about this.
Businesses like these disgust me and should be able to take advantage of their consumers. Please do not do business with them the will try and RIP you OFF. Don’t let yourself become another one of there victims.

Laurie, We just bought a car from AMG and we had exactly same story, we also found later that we were cheated and the car was in an accident. We called the police on them, may be we should join forces, can you please e-mail us at [e-mail], may be it is better if we work together,

I have the exact complaint.. I purchased an Infiniti in 2007 at book value if not more and later found out the car was in an accident. The dealership is unprofessional to further the matter and im considering filing a lawsuit because im stuck with a car that I cant sell for market value after I invested a ton of money into it.. Do you people not research and get a carfax? I really don't feel sorry for you. I bought a used SUV from these guys last year the truck is great. I had my mechanic look at it and ran my own carfax report before buying. Maybe you should do a little work before making a purchase.

I just bought a car from these guys on Saturday and yes, I did pay for and run my own carfax. Well I think it was in an accident even though the carfax came back really great.
Having a mechanic look over it today and will certainly be taking action if they screwed me.
Anyone else wanna join in?

i never received temporary tag or title so far
will be finding a good lawyer to represent me

Lots of us have actually got the carfax and it was negative, but when you take the car to a mechanic you find it was in an accident. BTW they get all their cars from the same source (salvage auction) and you can bet your $#@ that yours as well was in an accident. They dont go selectively and pick a good apple. They need to go back to Afghanistan (asaad) and mexico(the other guy), but wait and see they will end up in Jail soon.
