Amen. There is a 100% foolproof way of not getting pregnant. It's called abstinence. Most girls and boys can't even spell abstinence. However, I would venture to guess that nearly all high-school kids have such little respect for themselves, that it would be out of the question. Their bodies look somewhat like an adult, but their teeny tiny brains jump for the first impulse. They don't recognize the life sentence that they will undoubtedly have to endure. They also have little respect for adults who try and provide sound direction, likely because they have had immature adults surrounding them their entire lives. So they continue a destructive pattern that is very common. However, life is the absolute best teacher. It is very sad that they set themselves up for failure. They set their children up for failure, and the decent people foot the bill.

okay, seriously how is my pregnancy going to make your life any worse? how bout it isnt. if you were so grown, you would not be on this website talking about TEENAGERS or being to afraid and childish to even put your actuall name on here. but that is what all you ignorant adults do all day, insult children. Honestly if you even knew enough about me to have any input in this, then you would atleast spell my name right. your patheric. all of us girls, are paying for what has happened every single day, but its rediculous people like you that put even more weight on our shoulders. you are a loser. get a real job and get off topix, you sad, pathetic, loser. take your own advice and keep your legs closed. we sure dont need anymore "trifflin" people like you blogging around here.
Not to mention that most of the ones throwing that "first stone" had granparents that were married and pregnant by the age of 15. Oh, the hypocrisy

I don't care how many kids you have as long as MY TAX DOLLARS aren't used to pay for them. No TennCare, no food stamps, no WIC, no paying for the hospital and Dr. bills, no Welfare, no paid day care, NOTHING!!! If you can't afford to have them, don't expect the hard working middle class to pay all your bills so you can spit out kids with no consequences! Make payments on that $15,000+ hospital bill till you're 30 and you won't be so quick to do it again...You'll have to work 3 jobs to pay for it all and you won't have TIME or the energy to get pregnant or get someone pregnant!!!

Women in the early and mid 1900's were MUCH more mature than the children now. The eldest girls had many siblings a majority of the time and had to taken on maternal responsibility, naturally. My grandmother had a baby at 16..she was married. she went on to college by paying her own way and graduated from law school by her late twenties. So hypocrisy my ass, maturity is the only factor.

You teenagers know better than that. Or I would hope you know better. I'm a teenager, and I sure do. I have been taught right from wrong, and from reading some of your immature posts, I can't decide if you're just that stupid or you just don't know any better. But you losers go ahead and give your bodies away to the first one who takes an interest. Time tells all.

I can't believe the negativity... I was a teen mother and managed to still get out of high school, go to college, and getting my way through nursing. I wouldn't know what I'd do without my daughter or how much joy she has brought to my life to make me achieve greater things and make a difference in this world. So what their are young girls out there that have a baby? We all know it was 100% preventable. But those were "our" choices. And things happen for a reason. Of course people are gonna have their own opinion about things, but I know plenty of adults out there that are pretty worthless and don't need babies themselves and never make anything out of themselves.... But regardless if someone is n adult or a teen mom they should deserve credit for being responsible and being mother.

being pregnant doesn't make you a hoe the same way being in a garage doesn't make you hoe.
i think it's about time that you all realized that you're talking about actual people here. nd they have feelings. and what you're doing is not only morally wrong but inexcusable. it makes me hope that you trip in front of a bus.
I was going to agree with you...

And then you wished that people would die. Way to go. Argue against judging people, then damn them to the most violent death imaginable. Brilliant.

yeah, things do happen for a reason. If you spread them you will eventually get knocked up! The reason you and others like you get knocked up is because you did stupid things and didn't think there would be consequences. I'm glad you love your child. That being said, if you didn't mean to get pregnant, then your life obviously would have been different. You can say it was an accident and you were taking precautions. Bottom line is there are consequences. One day that child will be able to do the math and know that he or she was an accident. He or she is a bastard child because you probably don't even know who the daddy is. Good grief
