TIMES OF TRENTON Touts Penalized Cult's Conventions

Over the past three weeks, newspapers across the United States, as well as newspapers in several foreign countries, have been publishing reports that the WATCHTOWER CULT OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES has recently become the subject of that LARGEST JURY VERDICT EVER in the United States AGAINST A RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION for one single VICTIM OF CHILD SEX ABUSE.
These media articles have detailed the story of a 9 year-old Jehovah's Witness Girl who was repeatedly sexually molested by a fellow Jehovah's Witness congregant, and one-time congregation Ministerial Servant, who was known to the organization to have been previously convicted on child molestation charges. However, that fact had been kept a SECRET from the victim, her parents, and other regular members of their local congregation due to the secrecy policies issued from WATCHTOWER CULT Headquarters in Brooklyn, New York.
The California civil court jury was so disgusted with WATCHTOWER CULT's internal policies that it not only granted a large civil damages award against the Perpetrator, but the jury also granted a $21 MILLION DOLLARS PUNITIVE DAMAGES AWARD -- stacked on top of an approximate $2 MILLION DOLLARS ACTUAL DAMAGES AWARD -- against WATCHTOWER CULT HEADQUARTERS.
Interestingly, a google site search of the TIMES OF TRENTON yields NO ARTICLE about this recent Watchtower Cult child molestation court case.
Instead, in the very wake of that DISGRACEFUL NEWS about the WATCHTOWER CULT and its internal policies --- which have led critics to call the Cult a "pedophile's paradise" --- today's TIMES OF TRENTON published a "puff piece" PROMOTING upcoming Watchtower Cult conventions being held in Trenton.
More interestingly, that google site search reveals that the TIMES OF TRENTON not only has been PROMOTING these upcoming Watchtower Cult conventions for the past several months, BUT the TIMES OF TRENTON has been doing so as part of a hatchet job campaign against the current Mayor of Trenton.
The TIMES OF TRENTON also has been PROMOTING these upcoming Watchtower Cult conventions for the past several months in a cmpaign to PROMOTE a certain Trenton Councilman and his wife, who is/was being investigated by the local Prosecutor for alleged financial improprieties. Interestingly, this couple's own personal company reportedly performed an end-run past the City of Trenton, and the wife's Chamber of Commerce employer, and somehow negotiated their own deal to bring the Watchtower Cult conventions to Trenton.
The TIMES OF TRENTON's moral compass --- assuming they have one --- appears seriously out of whack given the people they choose to support.
As an aside, today's TIMES OF TRENTON article, which was written by reporter ERIN DUFFY, claims that 100,000 Jehovah's Witnesses from New Jersey and parts of Pennsylvania are coming to Trenton to attend the six weekend conventions. However, in this very same article, Erin Duffy reports that each of these six conventions will average approximately 6000 attendees.
Most 8 year-olds are able to compute what Erin Duffy and her Editors are apparently unable to figure out --- that 6000 attendees x 6 conventions = 36,000 JWs --- NOT 100,000 JWs.
Since this is a matter of simple mathematics, and given that Duffy's article should have been both fact-checked and edited by multiple parties, we must assume that someone is hoping that Trenton readers will not catch this possibly intentional LIE, which just so happens to make the friends of the TIMES OF TRENTON look good to readers unable to do simple math.
Are there any lengths to which the Editorial Staff at the TIMES OF TRENTON will not stoop to support its morally questionable friends?

AMUSINGLY, in what is an obvious response to this very Topix thread, the
"Times of Trenton Editorial Board" has published a SECOND article heralding the "stop the presses" news about Sun National Bank Center being CLEANED by the WATCHTOWER CULT.
This second article, which is mislabeled as an "editorial", is authored by reporter
MARTIN GRIFF, and it offers not even a whiff of additional information --- as if there could be any.
No, the "Times of Trenton Editorial Board" simply wants the public know that even when they are given the opportunity to correct their idiocy, they will simply dig themselves deeper into the mire in which they are already -- by answering the question which concluded the previous post.
Rather than belatedly publishing an article about the WATCHTOWER CULT's recent record-setting child molestation court case, the "Times of Trenton Editorial Board" performs the newspaper version of "DUMB and DUMBER".
Rather than admitting their previous error claiming 100,000 Jehovah's Witnesses will attend the six upcoming conventions, the IDIOTS affirm that claim.
The IGNORAMUSES at the "Times of Trenton Editorial Board" are too STUPID to even check to see that there are not even 100,000 Jehovah's Witnesses living in the six CULT districts served by these six conventions.
There are less than 30,000 JWs in those six districts. The additional 6000 - 8000 attendees will be children and other relatives not officially counted as JWs by the Cult.
Only MORONS refuse to admit their errors and the follow those errors up with a formal affirmation of those previous errors. It is particularly SAD, when such a situation terms out to be the Editorial Staff at a community's newspaper.
Apparently, this is STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE at the "Times of Trenton", and further explains their HISTORICAL support for morally and ethically challenged persons and organizations.
Now, the Watchtower Cult of Jehovah's Witnesses find themselves on the list of "FRIENDS" of the "Times of Trenton Editorial Board". Well, good luck. With friends like the "Times of Trenton Editorial Board", who needs enemies.

Once again, THE TIME OF TRENTON is gratuitously providing FREE ADVERTISING for the ANTI-AMERICAN WATCHTOWER CULT'S annual conventions being hosted by the ANTI-AMERICAN politicians of Trenton, New Jersey.
In an "puff piece" article dated July 19, 2013, staff reporter JENNA PIZZI touts the WATCHTOWER CULT'S upcoming conventions -- including pre-prepared self-serving comments from local WATCHTOWER CULT spokesman Vincent Lobianco.
TIMES staff photographer MARY LUVONE provided the photographs.
The highlights of the article was about how local JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES were required to come to the Sun National Bank Center ahed of time and clean the arena -- apparently due to the fact that the staff at the Sun National Bank Center are too lazy and filthy to keep it properly clean.

Here are the WATCHTOWER CULT teachings and practices which TRENTON, NEW JERSEY POLITICIANS are subsidizing:
In the mid 1930s, the Watch Tower Society started forbidding Jehovah's Witnesses to salute the American Flag, or recite the Pledge Of Allegiance, or stand for the playing of the National Anthem, or engage in any other patriotic activity.
Jehovah's Witnesses were taught to tell the news media, courts, and other outsiders that the American Flag is a false idol, and doing any of the aforementioned activities is performing "worship" to a false idol. This "public relations" reasoning is actually the LEAST of all the reasons that Jehovah's Witnesses refuse to engage in any patriotic or political activities. This secondary, ancillary reasoning was developed because the WatchTower Society did not dare to have its Jehovah's Witness members running around repeating for the news media and courtroom judges the PRIMARY doctrine on this subject, which would outrage the American public.
What Jehovah's Witnesses intentionally do NOT publically explain to non-JWs is that the Watch Tower CULT teaches Jehovah's Witnesses that the Government of the United States is governing ILLEGITIMATELY.
The WatchTower Cult teaches that the Government of the United States is under the control of Satan the Devil as his partner in Satan's universal rebellion against GOD. The Watch Tower Society teaches that GOD granted humans the authority to rule the earth only for a period of 2520 years -- starting in 607 B.C. and ending in October, 1914 A.D. The Watch Tower Society teaches that in October, 1914, the authority to rule the earth reverted back to GOD, and that He then formed a heavenly government to rule the earth.
The WatchTower Cult teaches that in 1919 that Jesus Christ selected the WATCHTOWER CULT as his sole earthly representative of that heavenly government.
The WatchTower Cult teaches that the Government of the United States (as well as all other governments), is its' enemy, because it has failed to surrender governmental power that rightfully belongs to the Watch Tower Society.
These are the ACTUAL reasons that the WatchTower Cult forbids its Jehovah's Witness members to support the government of the United States -- no voting, no holding political office, no professing citizen loyalty via the Pledge of Allegiance or standing for the National Anthem, no joining the military to protect the United States, etc.
The WatchTower Cult teaches that Armageddon will occur "soon", and at the Battle of Armageddon, that Jesus Christ and his heavenly armies will destroy the armies and governments of the United States, and of all other countries -- including all people who did not convert to the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Jehovah's Witnesses look forward to the day when they will rule the planet.

Here are some recent NEWSPAPER ARTICLES relating incidents of REAL WORLD Jehovah's Witnesses putting into actual practice the ANTI-AMERICAN teachings and beliefs of the WATCHTOWER CULT:
Interested Readers should google the name "GRETA HAWKINS" -- to read June 2012 newspaper articles about a Jehovah's Witness public elementary school Principal who just recently refused to allow her students to sing Lee Greenwood's "GOD BLESS THE USA" at a recent graduation ceremony. Hawkins has also attempted to do away with her school's daily custom of reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and singing "AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL".
Interested Readers also should google the name "LEROY McKELVEY" -- to read newspaper articles about a "devout Jehovah's Witness" who tased a U.S. Marine and others at a September 2011 Jets-Cowboys football game attended by past President George W. Bush and other public officials present to honor the 10th anniversary of 9/11.
Interested Readers should google the phrase "JW Manager entered the apartment without permission and took down the Flag" to read about a Jehovah's Witness apartment building Manager who refused to allow tenants to display the American Flag after 9-11.
To read about all of the above on one single webpage, Google the names "Armando Perez", "Tyler Templeton", and "Bruce Cooke" -- ALL IN THE SAME SEARCH -- to read about a dozen or so similar incidents involving "Jehovah's Witnesses".
