Yay for the 1 term governor. He got what he wanted. Now the unions will get what they want come election time. Shared sacrifice, huh? He won't sign anything that effects him personally. The millionaires tax (which they CAN afford) would've taken care of this whole situation. But,alas, it would effect his income. Put it all on the backs of the middle class public workers. Well done, sir. Well done.
