I don't think anyone has the right to tell you that you cant do something thats legal "meaning smoking in a bar or restaraunt". I don't go out to often but when I do I want to have a cigarette with my drink or meal.

I don't think that's right to tell us when and were to smoke. We are old enough to smoke the cigarette. Under age not allowed to go to bar's or go-go bar's.
In Atlantic City you are allowed to smoke and gamble???????
Don't you think this is a discrimination.

While smokers should have a right to indulge their habit, shouldn't non-smokers also have a right to enjoy a restaurant or bar without choking on smoke? This applies even more to employees who would breathe the smoke all day. the "right" to smoke in a public indoor place conflicts with the right to breathe clean air.

As for businesses, the pro-smokers argue that a ban would drive away smoking customers. Aren't there also customers who are driven away by smoke? Have any studies compared the numbers?
