JASPER A WILLIAMS San Antonio, TX	#1 Dec 4, 2011 My question is, was Dennis properly trained and was it documented on how to operate a forklift? If not, then the business may be held liable for the incident. As with any State or Goverment agency an individual must be trained and certified in the use of any type of heavy equipment.
