It's long been known that there has been a
"Good Ole Girl" network in Fulton. Their local Pilot
Club houses the majority of them and the local
Bancorp South houses the rest of them. Let us hope
that Judge Aycock is NOT one of them! We'll be
watching to see! Sinc, Anon Cit

What is the "Good Ole Girl" network in Fulton? Do tell us. I never have heard of it.

I can answer that! And it certainly exists! It's
a group of "Feminazis" that work together to insure
that a woman always has the upper hand. This has
leaked into the Judgeship appointments also.(one
woman appointing another). Fulton is the LAST place
I'd want to go through a divorce. The facts would
matter little, only your sex. Gil

I'm guessing you're affiliated with the local tyrants from the sound of your attitude. It's only
a matter of time before you're exposed. You can
bet on that. I'll also guess that you are a mason.
Being that said, fools never reign for long. Neither
do fornicators. God will have his way with you some
day. So enjoy your sins while you can.. Gil

No, I don't know anything about the "good ole girls" That is what I was asking and still don't know what it is all about. I am not a Mason. We are all human beings created in God's image and should be treated with dignity and respect regardless. God says that everyone—has sinned and falls short of his glory (Romans 3:23).

Both your major and your minor premises are at best unproven prejudice, and therefore your conclusion is worthless.

For someone that cannot distinguish between a peach tree and a plum tree, then yes, it would be a matter of waiting for the fruit.

The Senate Judiciary Committee on Sept. 6 agreed to report the nomination of Judge Sharon Aycock to the full Senate for a vote. Judge Aycock is another outstanding Mississippi judge. She is the first woman to serve as a District Court judge on Mississippi's federal bench.
It takes a special person to be a judge – to obtain the education, make the rigorous decisions and undergo the exhausting FBI background checks and tough confirmation process that all federal judicial nominees must endure.

Position: Judge - Mississippi N
US District Court Judges (576) Department of Justice Status: Appointed
Date of Announcement: March 19, 2007
Date Nomination Sent to the Senate: March 19,2007
Date of Confirmation by the Senate: October 4,2007

It isn't being put to a vote because a federal court judge is what is known as an "Article III" judge. Under the Article III of the US Constitution -- once a well-known document that citizens valued, studied, and knew its contents -- judges are appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate to serve life terms conditioned on something called "good behavior."

A mere bagatelle, my dear curious, is knowledge of the US Constitution. Negotiating the bureaucracy of the US Damn Government, however, is a trou de loup, a pit filled with punji sticks, a tour of the Fifth Bolgia of the Eighth Circle of the Inferno.

The REQUIREMENTS for RUNNING for the position should be posted. THEN, the nominees should be
voted on. Special enough for an election I should
think? Communism pure and simple! Government
electing powerful positions! And YOUR taxes are
paying for it! JD

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Pisces

Although you're busy putting the finishing touches to your Christmas preparations, you'll also have to pay attention to someone who's feeling neglected or unloved. Luckily, it won't take much to make this person feel better, so a big hug or a little consideration might do the trick. You should also bear in mind that they may be feeling nostalgic or sad about the past.
