If she didn't like the guy she could have divorced
him, no? rw
All your sarcasam isn't necessary. It only shows that your apart and an active participant in the IGNORANT views of our community. Could've Would've Should've dnt change the events, how do we offer solutions to our community. There are many other familes that are going thru this same thing. With a name like Roster, your probally from Tremont...lol

Well either way if she had divorced him there would still have been a death... It was not right in what she done murder is never the right answer, when you have turned to every form of help and the help fails you, I guess we will never know exactly what we would do til we walked a mile in those shoes now would we?

From what I understand he was on disability and getting a check. She was taking both and not doing any thing for the kids on two checks.I would never live with a man that was "so bad" I would have left him. They were both wrong in a lot of ways. Why did she not have them in school?? if it was him then she could have turned it in to the Ms.board of ed. They would have taken it from there, she did not have to give her name .But the thing to do was get help, not kill the other one. There is to much help to just to live in it or kill to get out of it.I think she had another reason to kill him. She had someone else or wanted out to live another life. All at once she can buy a new house and all kind of things. She also had a Ins. policy on him.Did she profict from his death??? The story is not out yet!

She should have never killed him...no excuse for that. But we need to put ourselves in her shoes. I have seen women who are so controled they don't feel they have a way out, they feel so threatened they are to scared to ask for help or do anything. From what I have heard this was the case. I'm not saying it was for sure, because I was not in their home. No one really knows but them. She and the girls need our prayers, as well as his family.

On two checks you would think she could have gotten the kis some shoes? She worked at Wal-Mart and had a discount on top of that. They did not even have shoes when they picked them up I'm told.I smell a rat! She is not what she clames to be!

My parents actually live down the road from where these people lived. It was squalor living conditions. It was pitiful. They had these malnurished horses right in their yard, and the humane society had to come and get them. My parents got a dog from them once, and I remember my mom saying, "The two kids came out, and I felt so sorry for them. They were so dirty from head to toe." I never met these people, but I drive by the house everytime I go back home to visit. No one should have to live in the conditions they were living in. If she did purposely shoot him, I am guessing it is because she didn't know how to get help elsewhere. Ignorancy breeds ignorancy. The place was a dump and they had a barn yard surrounding their house. It was pitiful. If she does end up in prison, I can guaratee you that she will have better living conditions in there than what she had in Golden.

Seriously... did you see the house and the conditions of the people? The part where he "didn't" work... Do you seriously think that life insurance was on top of there monthly bills? Come on... the poor girl got caught stealing food for her family! Yes stealing is not right but if it came down to having to steal food for my children then you are damn straight I would do it!
So I am pretty sure that insurance was not on the agenda here. You people do watch a lot of CSI shows don't you?

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Leo

A loved one is being rather tetchy today. It won't take much to get on their nerves, even if you think they're being grossly unfair about it. Try not to make the situation worse by being sarcastic or provocative. Instead, encourage them to tell you what's wrong but without raising their voice. Once you know what you've done to irritate them you can start to put it right.
