Key Capri West Building should be condemmed! The top floor walls, roof, and celinings are infested with molds and toxic roof checmicals from leaks dating back to 2005. State Dept of Health confirmed it. Huge lawsuits coming. Huge assessements.

I am looking (from a distance) at a unit in the west building. I asked if there were any assessments, lawsuits, or deferred construction/maintenance issus that needed to be addressed and was told the building was in great shape. I also asked about assessments and were told none in the offing. How can I find out about the buildins problems? I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks, Paul, an interested buyer.
