Help Please

Wayne Watts at 1801 county rd7 hayden alabama.
well he has 2 dogs there their pen is made out of chicken wire..There isnt any electric or water there he isnt living there at all..He has one that his paw is in bad shape,He is a pittbull very sweet dog ,I'm hoping this will touch someone heart ,,send someone out there to get theses 2 dogs,Have a heart, People that knows this guy knows he isnt much of a person.Call someone help theses 2 dogs please ....
