Lunenburg man held in break-in case
A 35-year-old Lunenburg man, recently released from jail on a breaking-and-entering conviction, is back behind bars after Townsend police say he kicked in the door to an Emery Road home, frightening the homeowner.

like i said, typical justice in worcester country. serious crimes=drop charges. charges kept=misdemeanors. let man out for serious B&E, right as he gets out goes right back to do it again knowing he has nothing to fear.......and the state is worried about investigation oui charges for the past 4 years? what they come up with. oh yes, basicly %98-%100 aquittals based on jury vs judge examinations and still to this day the drunken driving crimes are higher then ever before. AWESOME JOB GUYS! now make sure you let him go again! so he can murder somebody this time and then drive drunk into a pole claiming he needs help.:D love were my tax dollars are going.
