It's amazing how everyone starts talking about budget shortfalls, when spending continued in filling administrative positions at huge salaries, and then the towns spend their surpluses with no cutbacks.
But when the budget cycle starts, it's we need to raise taxes, fees, or have all these potential cut backs.
How about doing the budget before you spend the surpluses and before you hire all these administrative positions at huge salaries.
