Lynch gives Fitchburg youth advice

I encourage all of Fitchburg teens to stay in school. After graduation put your name in to become a firefighter, police officer and or a CO (correctional officer).
Any one of these three jobs is extremely lucrative. The pensions are unmatched. Forget CEO as there are only two or three of those.
The Correctional Officers job is the best as you can retire after a short 25 years with a high percentage pension. You need to know how to count, they give you pen and paper so you can jot it down every 20. The rest of the 7 and a half hr shift is free time.
Firefighter is extremely lucrative. Take a look at retired Fire fighters. They are still young, they have very big houses, boats, ski mobiles, vacations after vacations and big SUVs. This job is also rewarding as you can save peoples lives.
Police officer is the toughest of the three as you will do a lot of work as a patrolman. Your superiors will work you into the ground. If you can get over this hump and become a sgt, then Lt you have it made. Captain and Chief is like hitting the lottery. They have a great OT system, you never have to worry about getting into trouble as they have a thin blue line defense. The pension is OK and the health benefits are great especially the family plans.
So, the police job is toughest but it gives you the most power. If you become an officer everyone says go to the state police which is extremely lucrative. A wife of an officer is the best job for the women out there! Full health benefits, Pension and you get to spend all the money as the officer works all day.
These are three positions that have Job security! This is a rare thing in todays world. Do not listen to anyone else, go for these jobs as they often set these jobs up for their kids and cousins. Donot stop in your persuit of these jobs.
Spread the word to your friends. If anyone is discouraging you guys for these jobs is just trying to secure the jobs for family. Take the tests, go to college for these positions. Never get into trouble!

And never bring golf clubs to a fist fight.
#3 Feb 27, 2013
No just bring out the network and they will cover things up for you. Hey, you may even have a firefighter holding you so people can take punches at you!
Then they all can go against their oath that demands honesty, Integrity and respect for civil rights! They will cover you. Drinking and driving will not cost you anything unless you get caught by the state police but we are working on that faction.
And sometimes being a CO will drive you to want to use your gun in say a domestic dispute or a bar brawl!
Yes, you do have to be careful but you will never have to fight an actual fair fight! You can beat people who do not fight back and then charge them !!!
But if you want to be a state trooper the chances of this conduct are much less as long as you do your dirt locally!

COMMONWEALTH vs. KEVIN DAHL
430 Mass. 813
January 4, 2000 - February 18, 2000
Present: Marshall, C.J., Abrams, Lynch, & Greaney, JJ.
We set forth the facts that the jury could have reasonably found based on the Commonwealth's evidence. In the early morning hours of July 13, 1992, the victim, Andrew Stephen McDonough, Jr., accompanied by two women friends and three male friends, set out to attend an "after party" in the South Boston section of Boston. The group saw two females standing outside as they approached 113 L Street, and it appeared to them that a party taking place there was possibly the one to which they were invited. They parked the victim's truck and went in to the party at the home of Brian and Kevin Lynch, whose parents were not at home. Kevin Lynch told the victim and his friends to leave the party because it was too crowded, and they did so without incident.
As the group was walking back to the truck, they encountered three individuals standing next to it, and a fistfight ensued between Paul Supplee, one of the defendant's friends, and Ned Morrissey, the victim's friend. As the fight continued, someone called for others to come out from the party. People poured out of 113 L Street, including the defendant, Tara Costello, Patrick Walsh, and others.[Note 2] On their way out, several people attending the party grabbed golf clubs from a golf bag that was being used to prop open the front door of the house.
Outside, fistfights broke out among several people. The victim became separated from all of his friends except Theresa White. Several members of the group from 113 L Street approached and surrounded the victim, attacking him in concert. Some of the attackers struck the victim with golf clubs. The defendant struck the victim on the back of the head with a golf club, knocking him to the ground. The defendant then jabbed the victim repeatedly with the jagged end of a broken golf club, and used it as a spear, impaling the victim with it. Other individuals also struck and kicked the victim as he lay on the ground, pleading for them to stop. The attack lasted for several minutes, at which point the attackers ran back into 113 L Street, leaving the victim motionless on the ground. The victim died as a result of the injuries.
The medical examiner testified that the victim died of multiple stab and "chopping" wounds. The victim sustained a laceration to the back of the left side of his head which penetrated through
the scalp to the brain. This injuy was consistent with the victim's having been struck by the metallic head of a golf club. The victim also sustained a three and one-half inch deep stab wound to his back that pierced his diaphragm and entered his abdomen and was consistent with the victim's having been stabbed with the jagged end of a broken golf club. The victim also had several abrasions and bruises over his face, eyes, nose, and ears that were consistent with blows from a blunt object, and numerous stab wounds that were consistent with having been caused by the broken end of a golf club shaft. One stab wound was consistent with a jagged instrument passing completely through the victim's right arm.

Lynch (quoted from above):
" Yes, you do have to be careful but you will never have to fight an actual fair fight! You can beat people who do not fight back and then charge them !!!"
But then hey-remember this?
Boston (Mass.) The Boston Herald yesterday obtained confidential criminal offender records for Kevin A. Lynch, 22, of South Boston and Kevin M. Dahl, 20, of Weymouth, who are said to have the most extensive criminal histories among the nine accused of fatally beating and stabbing [Andrew McDonough], 23, Saturday.
Both Lynch and Dahl were named by homicide detective Sgt. William Mahoney as participants in the attack on McDonough, who died two hours after he was found in the street with stab wounds and other injuries.
Mahoney, testifying at the defendants' arraignment Monday, said witnesses saw Lynch kicking McDonough in the head in the 2 a.m. assault, which occurred after McDonough and some friends reportedly were turned away from a party at Lynch's home on L Street.
So tell us again about "actual fair fights" and "beating people who don't fight back."

I am hirering an investigator into who you are, if you want to harass me with half truths then you will pay dearly. Bring it you PUNK.
Let me tell you, you pos. This guy came to my house to start trouble as I was selling booze to the same people. He knew exactly who I was as I was personally introduced to him at the Yatch club as a leg breaker. I was not impressed so he got mad as did his group.
You want to open something up that you have no idea what you are talking about? Those so called "innocent group" had bullet wounds from previous fights.
Let me ask, have you ever fired a 357? They fired many shots from a 357 at my mother on a few occasions. They stuck a gun in my fathers' face and threatened to kill him. You have no idea what you are talking about.
Your little clip from a prosecutor doesn't state that it was proven NOT TO HAVE HAPPENED IN CONCERT with a group of people around.
Why didn't you print the entire clip. You are going to get the trouble that you are looking for; COWARD!

I would make a very good police officer. I would also like to be a firefighter so I could save lives first hand. They are very rewarding jobs. I respect and applaud the ones that are honest and whom maintain integrity. The criminal ones are worse than rapist. I would repeat that in a court room full of officers. Some police officers belong in prison as they have done far worse than some that are in prison now.
I have family that were firefighters and police officers and many friends who are firefighters and police. I would assist a law abiding officer.
I would also be the first to request jail time for those officers that break the law. A criminal cop makes a honest cops job more dangerous. A criminal cop degrades what the badge should stand.for.

And I'm sure they are all just so proud of their cousin/nephew who has spent most of his life behind bars, on probation or in front of a judge, magistrate, hearing officer or the parole board.
And you think you'd make a good cop? You're completely out of your mind.

Instead you served time with connection to a young man's death. Instead you lost your license to drive due to an uncontrollable temper. Instead you've been banned from the campus of a state university.
You're a pillar of the community.

Lets hear it now. How many of your ex boyfriends went with men also? Why so many? What are.you doing to cause this to happen? You set a great example for your daughters huh? Encouraged them to drink underage.and sleep around. How did that work out? How did a newborn get broken bones, bruises and drugs in its system? And why are you on probation? Did you allow the growth of pot at your house? Was there underage drinking at your.home? While in a relationship have you slept with other men?
#21 Oct 8, 2014
You look like a jeff too. Maybe that is why most of your ex boyfriends choose to date men after being with you. Again, how does a newborn living under your roof recieve broken bones, bruises and drugs in their system. Explain this fact for us all.

Why did you serve time in prison? The voters want to know.
Why has your driver's license been permanently revoked? The voters want to know.
Why have you been banned from the FSU campus? The voters want to know.
