So when are they going to go after all those involved in this fraud? Half the retiring school superintendents of Billerica seem to have partaken in this scam. Some even deliberately funneled money to the organization just as they were retiring from the school system. We even have a sitting member of or school committee that works for the MEC. It seems that the scam was well known of and used by many in Billerica. I hope they all get their just rewards..
