Dude you're to stupid to be a parent! Everyone knows you don't leave your kids' no matter what age they are for any reason. If the baby's momma went into the store to get what she needed' she sure did'nt need you to come in. you should have kept your butt in the car and kept an eye on your children!

I have to bring my 4 kids into the gas station to buy milk. Always keep an eye on your kids. Things could happen in a second. This man was very wrong. I say throw the book at him. This is a total different situation than the lady in crestwood.

Coming from a small town like Portage, maybe he was naive to think it would be OK. Perhaps the test would be what the kid's mother has to say. Was she there, was she taking too long perhaps waiting for a prescription, etc.? Maybe the kids were crying too much, and the guy couldn't handle it anymore and went in to get her. Just how long was he in the store, and what was he doing? Don't they have security cameras? I think there's more to know before we judge him.

if its 10-15 min, the kids will be fine. The state over exaggerates on some instances.

Kids should not be left in a car unattended UNLESS the car is in your sight!! Those kids could have been kidnapped from that car so quickly!!

These were my grandkids...I've tried to help this punk get his life together, my daughter finally wised up and left him after this incident. All he cares about is getting drugs for himself, and beat my daughter when she asked for formula money because he needed the money for coke. He is a dead beat dad in every aspect of the term. Lock him up so he can be someones wife!!!!!!

No Way!! in 10 to 15 minutes, the temperature in a car can rise to over 120 degrees, and that is hot enough to kill a baby. And it only takes like 30 seconds for someone to break the windows and hotwire the car, then no babies at all. Completely wrong to leave children that age in a car alone while shopping.

I am greatful that she had the sense to leave him after this incident. My prayers to her, the babies, and you as you try to help her raise the kids. May God bless you all.

what about if one of the kids spit up and choked on it? why is this even a question? if you are too busy to keep your eyes on your babies at all times you should not have kids. period. i love the paging ricky retardo thing btw.
