Has anybody ever worked for Allen Railroad Consulting and not been paid? Please post if you have.

Sure have and don't think I ever will,even with the judgment me and some others won. But I see they are still up to the same tricks in ky somewhere. Is anybody ever going to shut them down?

I am owed around 1200 from them and the labor board is being absolutely useless. They are suggesting I get a judgment against them but if nobody else has got there money I see no point in doing it myself. The only way I even remotely see it working is if everybody they owe money to shows up at the court house at the exact same time for a hearing about their failure to pay. Do you think something like that would be possible? I think thats the only way any of us would ever get paid.

I have a judgment against them and the courts around don't seem to care. It might be possible but how would you find everybody they owe money? Maybe I could try and get a hold of the lawyer that handled the case around here,he might be able to help out again.

Who is your lawyer? I could contact him as well if that would help. I just want to get my money and this all be over with.

Not to sure, its been a few years. I've moved a couple times since then and I've lost all my paper work,I'm going to drive by his office tomorrow. I remember where that is.

Sorry, didn't have the time to drive by his office this week, we got put on mandatory overtime and I worked like 65 hrs. But I'm going to give it a try this Monday.
