Michigan City Corruption story, grand jury soon for city attorney?

I hired Barry F. McDonnell to take care of my mothers estate.... he allowed every penny to be stolen to -$250,000, never paid the estate federal taxes and allowed my personal bank assets to be stolen making me virtually insolvent. The solvent 1.5 million plus estate where I should have been the sole heir (documented), actually made me poorer.
Please read the following summary and tell me if you have any more wrong doings that can be mentioned to the federal agents on our next meeting.
In the "Estate of Ethel Patricia Boeninger" case # 46D01-9611-ES-00129. Completly solvent 1.5 million plus dollar estate rendered insolvent to -$250,000 with federal taxes unpaid by estate. Walter Chapala estate supervisor.
Formal complaints destroyed on two occasions by Michigan City police department against Barry, supervising judge and co executor(DOCUMENTED).
Three formal attempts to Judge Walter Chapala to remove executors and open investigation were denied. Even when Judge Chapala documented in estate court papers that the executors had embezzled large amounts of cash (Chapala) refused and allowed them to steal hundreds of thousands more.(documented)
Embezzlement includes over $400,000 from estate in cash admitted by executor Barry F. Mc Donnell in his own words (documented), conversion of sales of several properties of estate valued over 1 million, personal bank assets of heir of over $200,000 dollars and decades of interest. Heirs personal funds received by executors (documented) after estate accounting closed and misdirected to an illegal destination presently hidden by Barry F. McDonnell (believed to be Cayman Island account). McDonnell and Chapala refuse to show any accounting of the estate to anyone even the heir.
The Indiana Department of Revenue even refuses to present a copy to the estate heir Robert Boeninger. Stating the file had been sealed by Judge Chapala and cannot be viewed by anyone.
McDonnell refuses to sign release for heir to receive bank statements requested by UBS Bank which would divulge estate and personal assets that were illegally stolen. These statements showing illegal transactions of embezzlement and money laundering.
Closing estate papers fraudulent, Documents of distribution fraudulent and un performable. Permission was not given by heir to close estate due to federal and state crimes he was attempting to report.
Forced sale of 1703 Lake Shore Drive in Long Beach from estate, and when the heir tried to foreclose on the buyer (co executor) the estate documents were could not be executed and the home was lost, another 800,000 thousand.
BARRY F. MCDONNELL DEFENDED THE BUYER AGAINST THE ESTATE (HEIR) HE WAS EXECUTOR IN, AND STATED THE ESTATE PAPERS HE APPROVED WERE INVALID. In other words Barry approved mortgage documents as executor and after the estate closed the heir could not foreclose/repossess due to non payment from the buyer. The heirs documents from the estate Barry managed were invalid (Barry stated his own estate documents were invalid... in defense of the buyer (Documented) relieveing more assets from Robert Boeninger. No Michigan City judges would execute the estate documents court ordered by Judge Walter Chapala and approved by McDonnell

BARRY DEFENDED AGAINST an estate in which he was the executor in, in favor of another party.!!!!
It is so convoluted it is hard to understand. This is just part of a many Indiana /State codes he/they broke.
New discovery of embezzled assets McDonnell had knowledge of that did not pass through the estate. As a result there is no protection from estate codes, McDonnell could face grand Jury soon..... If it is up to me Robert Boeninger (heir) he will go to prison WITH A FEW OTHERS. I will make sure of it.

Recent attempts to file federal charges against Barry F. McDonnell in Chicago were attempted as the F.B.I. Merrilville office said they were not presently persuing charges of Federal tax fraud, international mail fraud, money laundering,theft of personal bank assets and the list goes on.

Court documented papers verify some of the federal crimes.

Michigan City citizens have informed me that I am to expect violence from Mr McDonell's employers and that a Beach police marshall has publicly stated he was going to attempt to incarcerate me should I return to Michigan City. He stated he did not know how this could be done but he would find out some way.( not very bright is he)

I have been approached by two different individuals promising to help me legally. On each seperate attempt I was advised to remove the webpage explaining the crimes. Each time I removed the webpage(s) the people declined to help me any furhter. One traveled over 3000 miles to speak to me.
