Why the hell would the bond be so low for such a terrible violent crime??? If you want to make a difference in gun crime stats, lock up low life animals like these scumbags and keep them locked up until they are old and fragile. I wonder how many crimes they will commit while awaiting trial. If judges could be sued for irresponsibly releasing violent criminals it would be a whole different ballgame. I will laugh if I find out one of these turds breaks into the home of the judge and kicks his ass.

The state can't afford to keep people locked up any more. Our government just realized that they're broke. The credit card is maxed out. The fed is printing 80 Billion a month just to pay their bills.
Maybe Obama's stimulus money should have been used to build more prisons instead of giving it to bankrupt electric car companies.

They were just getting ready to turn their lives around.

the state is to easy on the thugs, go back to an eye for an eye. there would be alot of blind black people walking around. easy to spot the thugs as they would have no hands, but they wouldn't be stealing your stuff anymore. time to get tough on the crooks, lock they up and be done with it.

I am guessing that the bail was low because the home they broke into and the guy the assaulted was a known drug dealer and the incident involved a deal that went 'bad". How that figures into giving the perpetrators an opportunity to get back out on the streets is a mystery.

Like I posted on another topic, I agree with you. It's the judges and lawyers who are the problem. So what if the jails are crowded? Maybe they should consider going back to the old chain gang ideology...yeah like that will ever happen.

Intead of bellyaching, do something.

Typically a condition for bail is no contact with co-defendants.

If you live by any of these fellows, or other thugs, don't hesitate to call the police for any misbehaving or suspicious activities.

Whenever I called the po po on my FLOMO neighborhood thuglets, most times the po po arrested at least somebody on a warrant or some charge and took them away.

For somebody out on bail, an arrest can give the court a reason to revoke the bail and then thuggy (or more likely his mommy or grandmommy) forfeits the bail money; and 2. goes to jail until trial so you don't have to look at them.

Its all good!

Hope they don't ever come here. Even if a gun were aimed at me, I'd shoot mine-double tap-with dying hands. I have my son to protect. They won't get away with their lives, or at least their balls.

A real live Annie Oakley...(read that as drama queen). Listen up Ms.Braggadocio REAL gun owners and those who know how to use them don't make such dumb ass statements. They just get on with whatever they need to do. It's yappers like you who make it difficult for responsible, INTELLIGENT gun owners to deal with the anti-gun lobby.

All these people on here and in other forums, yakking about what they would do are just big bags of wind. No one knows what they would do until the situation happens. You people watch waaaaaay too much TV. Go do something positive with your life and stop the drama!

the guy was referring to. He was talking about all the people with a cowboy mentality that think they are hot s### when it comes to weaponry.
Anyone who really knows anything about weaponry knows you don't go shooting (no pun intended) your mouth about what you would do or how good you are at it. That's just BS! And like the guy said it just makes the anti-gun people more reason to label all gun owners as egotistical, gunslinger idiots
