Suspects caught in robber attempt

Three men were arrested Tuesday night for allegedly trying to rob a 71-year-old man near the Plumb Memorial Library.

When is the mayor going to get serious about enforcement downtown. I can't help but think this is related to the drug element on Howe Ave that is ignored.

This is not a bad neighborhood, but continued neglect of these problems will lead to a steady decline of downtown.
