He never pull out a gun the cop shot cus he was to lazy to run after him or call it in gun found didn't have his finger prints so he never had it in his hand that doesn't give u the right to shot better yet kill some one he was down and still he made sure Jonathan was dead shot him one ..two times as he was giving him self up both hands in air so no he didn't deserve getting shot he had file a complaint on this cop so when he saw him he ran little did he know he would get shot by this trigger happy pig . Be careful not to run from lynwood police they shoot people that jaywalk .
