You are outnumbered here. Pull a gun on a deputy = suicide. The guy put himself in the position of "Either the troublemaker or the deputy goes home tonight."

Anybody that is carrying a gun is usually up to no good. All guns should be kept for defensive purpose at home. Also normal people don't get stop and questioned by the police unless you look like a bad guy.

It is of no surprise that this man was shot. He had a gun and that gives the LAPD or Sheriff's the right to shoot. They shoot even when you don't have a weapon. Police state in the making... get accustomed to it people.. this young man had a weapon. He ran from the deputy and the deputy shot him in the back... in Imperial Gardens a few days ago there was another shooting... another young man shot in the back. Witnesses said the young man had his hands up and no weapons. There is a need for better training in these departments. They have created trigger happy monkeys to protect our streets. That is clearly bad training. Your gun should not always be your first option. RIP... kids need access to better themselves. If we give them nothing this will continue to happen.

C'mon man.. that's ignorant. What justifies looking like a bad guy? You must come from the school that teaches "If your not white your not right".

They say he was running away.. what about the shots after he was down.. "Just to make sure he was dead"... Wrong is wrong! No matter how you look at it. They are here to protect and serve the community. They take the job knowing the dangers that doesn't mean you eliminate the danger by shooting them and making sure they die.

I am saddened to hear that. Did his gun jam and prevent him from pumping more lead into that scumbag?

Actually you are wrong! Normal people get harassed all the time...maybe u have a different pigmentation than those who have to deal w/ being stopped & questioned due to their color! Don't be close-minded now.........there's a whole other world out there and obviously you are unaware of whats really going on around u!
