A total and complete scam. You wanna help someone else buy a home? Go give these free-loaders 150 bucks of your hard-earned moola. They raise 3 million and give away 1 million dollar house each year. If you win (assuming its NOT fixed) you get killed on taxes. Theres virtually NO way for a normal working person to take the grand-prize-home over the cash because you have to pay ALL the taxes upfront. "Dream Home" is actually correct... cuz you'll NEVER live in it, dude...
