I want it too! Makes a great dip for pita chips.

The main ingredient is potato. Probably with mayo, garlic, and maybe some dill or dill pickles. Not sure if it has chickpeas. Tastes a little like blended potato salad.

If you find it, please email it to me ([email protected]). I'll do the same.

:) Thanks

It seems like it is a bit like the Greek Skordalia (garlic) sauce. Here's the recipe:
3 T minced garlic
3 or 4 boiled potatoes, mashed (or 6 slices white bread, crusts removed, soaked in 1/2 c cold water and squeezed dry)
1 c olive oil
1/3 c white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Place garlic and potatoes or bread in bowl and blend. Add olive oil and vinegar;continue to blend. If too thick, add 1/4 c cold water. Add salt and pepper. Blend until creamy and thick.

BTW, their sauce doesn't taste like it has mayo in it but I could be wrong. Try the one I posted before and compare it.

I ate there today and asked about the sauce. They said potatoes, garlic and mayo. I bet there are more ingredients.

Love that sauce!!!

It is called TOUM http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toum
It is just Garlic Vegetable Oil and Lemon you can put salt but I dont. Its amazing but that is all that there is to it Use a hand blender that you would use for a milk shake and put in small bowl other wise it will take forever
