What kind of knee jerk question is this. How about keeping it simple- no shark fishing with specialized tackle and no chumming. Let the fisherman - both local and out of towners - enjoy a cheap fun day of fishing. And by the way local doesn't include transplants from Ohio no matter how long they've lived here- their still out if towners....
